Tech Support Hotline – Priority Message Terms of Service

By purchasing and submitting a Priority Message to the Tech Support Hotline livestream, you ("User" or "Sender") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Priority Message system and constitute a binding agreement between you and Throwdown Media LLP ("Company", "we", or "us").
1. No Refund Policy & Chargebacks

All purchases of Priority Messages are final and non-refundable.

By proceeding with payment, you agree that your submission constitutes a completed digital service, irrespective of whether it is read during the stream.

Any attempt to reverse the transaction or initiate a chargeback will be treated as fraudulent activity and theft of services. In such cases:

We reserve the right to publicly disclose your identifying information, including but not limited to your name, email address, IP address, payment metadata, and message contents.

We will pursue civil or criminal legal action against you for recovery and damages.

Throwdown Media LLP maintains legal presence in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Germany and will pursue such matters in the appropriate jurisdiction.

2. Message Content Restrictions

All submitted Priority Messages are reviewed and moderated by our production team.

We reserve the absolute right to reject, skip, censor, or modify any message that is:

Obscene, profane, or sexually explicit

Threatening, defamatory, or harassing

Discriminatory, hateful, or inciting violence
-
Promoting illegal activity, scams, or misleading content

No refunds will be issued for messages rejected or excluded due to violation of these standards. Repeat violations may result in a permanent ban from participation.
3. Message Delivery & Technical Errors

In the rare event that your paid Priority Message is not received due to a technical issue:

You must report the issue within 72 hours of payment by contacting our support team at support@throwdownmedia.net, along with your receipt and details of the intended message.

We will conduct a thorough internal investigation and determine whether a refund, reprocessing, or other action is appropriate.

All decisions made after investigation shall be final and non-negotiable.

4. Amendments & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Priority Message system after any updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Throwdown Media LLP also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in international jurisdictions, including the USA, UK, Netherlands, and Germany, to pursue damages arising from fraud, chargebacks, or malicious misuse of the system.
